A few months ago my dear friend and colleague, Sam and I decided we wanted to combine our knowledge and experience as sleep consultants and create courses and guides on sleep for parents of little ones. We know there is a lot of information out there in the world on how to help young children with sleep and potty training. We created clear and grounded guidance to cut through the noise so parents can find the answers they are seeking around these important topics.

We had a lot of fun making these resources and hope you find them useful! The guides are in an e-book format so you can download them and read through the material in whatever order suits you. The video courses are formatted so you are listening to Sam and I talk through each slide that comes up. This gives you a chance to hear two sleep consultants talking shop about sleep!

The guides and video courses are on Sam’s website www.slumbersquadsleep.com where you can purchase them using the links below. Please reach out with any questions, and if you are looking for support while you work on sleep changes or potty training we are here to help!
