Solutions for weary parents and babies

Early Parenting Sleep Support is founded on the belief that compassionate guidance from an experienced sleep consultant helps parents feel more confident in their sleep choices with their children. When parents feel supported, they can better understand, and find solutions for sleep challenges.

Elizabeth Green

Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultant and Early Parenting Educator

Before I had my first child, I thought I had this parenting thing all figured out. I had studied early childhood education and development, observed and cared for many infants and toddlers, and talked with many parents about their children.

However, I was thrown for a loop when it came time to parent my children, especially around sleep! None of my kids slept well when they were young, and though I tried to implement all the sleep techniques I knew, I didn't have the support I needed to follow through when my children struggled. I needed a supportive, informed guide, who understood what it was like being a parent of a baby who wouldn't sleep. I longed to find someone who did not judge me for the sleep struggles I was having.

My own experience of being sleep-deprived and in need of compassionate, practical sleep support, is why I became an infant and toddler sleep consultant.

I am honored to be that person for you! I understand what it's like to want to do what's best for your child and get the rest you need as well. I have been in your shoes and will walk beside you as you find your way to better sleep. It can be done!

You don't have to figure out how to help your baby get to sleep on your own!

Early Parenting Consultations

"As a new parent, there's so much to stress about, and sleep often tops the list. Elizabeth's gentle guidance and reassuring support saved my sanity many times throughout my son's infancy. She always kept her advice in line with my parenting preferences, and she doesn't try to sell you on a magical formula or quick-fix method. She got us through micro-naps, cross-country travel, transitioning from cosleeper to crib, and a major life change. Sometimes it's two steps forward and one step back (as I learned from Elizabeth!), but there is no doubt much of the progress we've made is thanks to Elizabeth's help. She is definitely someone you want in your corner if baby sleep is stressing you out."
